It is hard to read the label when you are standing inside the bottle. This is why almost all successful authors are in a writers group. Whether it was J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis sitting in an English pub talking about fantasy stories or a socially distant mastermind group meeting on Zoom, writers write better when they are in a community with other writers. 

Now, many beginning writers are not in a writing group; and most of them give the same excuses: There are no writers near me, or I don’t know how to start a writing group. Today we have a special guest to help with these excuses.
